Fresh news from bedlam. Ken Norman is undergoing surgery right now at a Vermont hospital for a double-knee replacement, my thoughts are with him, I look forward to his return to the farm, his and mine. If you are so inclined, send some healing thoughts, they work.  His gofundme project is still steaming along, you can follow it  here and contribute if you wish.

Great news from Blue-Star Equictulture, an organic farming and research center, and the retirement and rescue home for working horses: Pamela Rickenbach and Paul Moshimer, who run the farm together, are running off today to get married. They met two years ago at a World Peace Day gathering and have been together ever since.

They are one of those couples who just fit together, who belong together. They are taking a few days off and great luck to them, they are precious friends to us and great friends to animals in need and we love them and admire them very much. Maria is spending a week at Blue-Star in February, I will be joining her for a day or so.

Other news. I believe technology and creativity are linked, Steve Jobs taught me that, so I am refreshing myself technologically speaking. I got a new Iphone 6 Plus, and it is a wonderful leap forward. It has sparked a return to videos for me, I  began this weekend with Simon and Red. The videos will mostly run on my Facebook Page, I will put some up on the blog as well. And I joined Snapchat, which suits me very well under the name katzjon.
