The stories of the horses at Blue-Star Equiculture are sometimes hard to hear, sometimes hard to bear. Anyone who says the New York Carriage Horses are being abused because they pull carriages in New York ought to be dragged to Blue-Star and learn what abuse really means. There is so much it, so many horses suffering from gross neglect, cruelty and abandonment, some tortured, even blinded.
