Many animal lovers balk at the idea, but animals like donkeys and dogs are believed to communicate in an autistic way, that is they exchange images with one another, they think in terms of images, not words. They can be trained to experience and understand some words, but that is not their language, not the way they communicate with one another.

This is essential to understanding them and communicating with them in a profound and even spiritual way. I have been working on this for 15 years, Maria comes to it naturally, she does it almost instinctively, and the intuitive donkeys respect, they become one, they exchange emotions and feelings.
