We are finding our own Northwest Passage, clearing paths to the farmhouse and the barn, maneuvering through ever growing mounds of snow and ice. Some snow and ice coming tonight, right around the time of the photo reception for George and I at the Round House Cafe, compared to previous weeks, doesn’t sound too bad, but anyone planning to come should check the weather and be cautious. It will be clear all day, getting messier around dusk.
This afternoon, we need to get a cord of wood into the shed before the rain and ice comes, our friend Jack Macmillan is coming over to help Maria and I dig our way out of Fort Bedlam.
