After a couple of days of head-butting and circling, Kim has settled in well with the other ewes, when they are not fending off the numerous advances of Ted the ram. I thought of Sisterhood when I saw these three – Zelda, Kim and Socks – taking in the sun Saturday afternoon. I love the adaptability and acceptance of animals – when they can, when they know they are being fed and cared for.
