My cold is in it’s second gripping week, it is getting better, I am beginning to function in the morning, still woozy in the afternoon and evening. I have faith it will go away soon. In my codeine cough syrup haze, I was listening to Billie Holiday and Lady Day inspired me to write a song about my cold, I acknowledge and  thank her for her song “Body And Soul,” my inspiration for this song, my first.  I spent my days in coughing,
