When I am discouraged, frightened, angered, I love entering my own world, a schizophrenic idea. Inside this world the light and color is the world’s best medicine, the best therapy. I can feel my strength return, the anger recede, the fear melt away. The world is a beautiful place if we can see it. I can see it in my own world.
