Meg the Hen Of Entitlement sets her own agenda. If she wants to go somewhere, she finds a way. She uses the donkeys as Chicken Transit, to get her into feeders, away from hawks and from one part of the farm to another. She rides on the donkey’s back like the Queen in a carriage, imperious and  at home.
