There are so many things in the world to make you feel frightened, angry, spiritually exhausted. When these things intrude on my life or consciousness, I think of one thing – my wife, my life, perhaps the same thing. And the shadows recede, and the darkness lifts, and the world is full of light and love and beauty. It is always here, if you look for it
