Stopped at Sheldon’s Market in Salem. Got squash, snap peas, strawberries, Mozarella Cheese, bread and  wheat crackers and hummus for lunch.

Sauteed the squash in garlic and onion. Made a fruit smoothie – yoghurt, milk, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. Tonight, making dinner – salmon steaks, potatoes, salad. Gave up coffee, gave up alcohol (cept for wine), most bread.
