Maria put a glow-in-the-dark glass mushroom in her carry-on (she bought it in Portland) and the TSA nearly confiscated it, although we were all laughing so hard they could barely handle it. After much discussion, she was allowed to keep it. I told the officers I hoped they kept it and got a dirty look from the former girlfriend.
