Three years ago, I found a very old bookcase in one of the barns. It had been used for years as a chicken coop, and it took months to scrape and clean it out. I love the hardware on all things. There is more craftmanship in this bookcase than in many new homes. Craftmanship seems to be fading now, and that is the way of things, but I love noticing and preserving memories of it. I love this latch.
