  It is not comfortable for me to share my life, but it is important for people to see that there is help, and much of it works. I have worked hard in these past few years, once I realized the scope of my problems. And I am lucky. I am exploring notions about allowing life to happen, rather than hammering away at it. I am wary of a lot of these energy treatments. But I think there is something there. I am also intrigued by the connection between attitude and happiness. I am learning to approach life differently.
