Yesterday, Mary Kellogg came over and brought some Hollyhock Ladies she made. This will be a photo for her next book, “Whistling Woman,” a collection of poems published by Bedlam Farm Books, along with “My Place On Earth,” and “Out Of The Shadows.” Met with Melissa Batalin of the Troy Bookmakers this morning and we talked about “Whistling Woman,” and also two books I would like to publish: “Photos from Bedlam Farm,” which will be the photography history of my time on the farm and the animals here, and “Abandoned America,” a book of photographs of farmscapes and abandoned buildings and barns.
This will be published by Troy under my imprint, Bedlam Farm Books.
