How lucky I am. In the mornings, I go to get Frieda – soon, she will be sleeping in the farmhouse, as she hasn’t tried to kill anything for a week. But in the morning, I let Maria sleep late and get her out.
I come across some new quilt-in-progress, and love to take a photo of it.
Frieda loves to come with me to take photos, although she can be a little too energetic sometimes. I spent the last few hours taking photos of Maria’s quilts for her website. She’s going on a new site called Etsy, for artists and craftspeople and needs some photos.
I am more patient taking photos than I am doing anything else. I am working hard at patience.
Slept pretty well last night.
Nice time, and I will put some up some of the photos later today. I’m going to work on the last chapter of my novel today, then we will drive around and look at old farmhouses and take photos. Life is really good sometimes, if you make room for it.
