I loved this shot the second I saw it in the viewfinder. I went to manual to adjust the focus so that each dog was less distinct, but still perfectly aligned with one another. Lenore looking at me, Izzy standing behind her, Rose back in the distance watching the woods, as usual, always busy.
It’s one of my favorite photos of the dogs.
