If you’re going to be a Bedlam Farm dog, you have to like being photographed, and all of my dogs are hams, and I am pleased to see that Frieda the Helldog also loves to pose. The dogs always take up the same position. Frieda and Lenore on one side, Izzy lying down, Rose up and alert, ready to work. Rose and Frieda have not yet sat down next to one another. I might try that today or tomorrow. Don’t want to push it. We needed Frieda, she was good for us in many ways. For one thing, there was no way Maria would be here if Frieda wasn’t, and it was a great training challenge for me. Still is, as the  UPS many learned yesterday. I have four great dogs, and they are all odd and loving individuals in their own ways. Very different ways too.
