I asked farmer John Clark what kind of photo he wanted me to take and he went right to one of his favorite cows the pose and the photo says a lot about this man and his relationship to his life and work. He reminds us what we are losing in a country that values money so much more than people. John has his hand on the “sweet spot” of cows, the place they most like to be touched.
