April 20, 2009 – It’s a strange culture that bails out banks and butchers library budgets, so Bedlam Farm has launched its own minor library campaign. I am speaking at Saratoga Springs Public Library on May 12, at the West Pawlet, Vt. Library at 7 p.m., Friday, May 22nd and at the Katonah, New York Public Library at 2 p.m. on May 3. We are having our own celebration of Library Month, timely since libraries are so much under siege, and meeting so many different needs. The dogs and I have happily  joined the fray.
