April 20, 2009 – Maria is working on yet another new rogue quilt (in the Gee’s Bend tradition) in the studio barn. I love going over there and discovering something new. This one is different from her usual work. She and I are going to go to some craft fairs this summer in New York and Vermont. I’ll sell some photos and she’ll sell some quilts. We’ll bring Lenore to draw a crowd.
