April 20, 2009 – The donkeys are in the upper pasture with the sheep so we can do some rotational grazing. The main pasture is shot – sheep pull the buds up when they eat grass. Lulu and Fanny have a nice view up there. Maria and I spent some time communing with donkeys today, something I have to remember to do more often. Donkeys are affectionate, and have been hanging around with people as long or longer than dogs.
