Rose and the breeding ram continue to hang out and confer about things. Darry will be leaving in a week or so, as I don’t want to be lambing any later than August. I met a dairy farmer last night who has a small strange cow he wants to find a home for. Not a big steer like Elvis or Harold, but a small milking cow too strange to be bred, too small and very friendly. I am wary of adding more animals to the place, but I have a lot of room right now, and this cow would not require a lot of hay or a tractor. We’ll see.
