Lenore is cute, but sometimes one can forget she is a beautiful dog, testament to an ethical and conscientious breeding program. Can’t say enough about that.

March 26, 2009 – Some of my friends call Lenore “Princess,” suggesting perhaps that she is spoiled. Maybe this is because she has her own bed, gets marrow bones, sleeps next to me at night, goes for walks, swims and four-wheeler rides. Maybe it’s because I sing love songs to her at night, and when I sit and read, she puts her head on my lap and snores. I do love Lenore, the Love Dog, but I deny she is spoiled. My theory is that she gets back what she gives. Lenore kept love alive for me, and that is worthy of note.
