January 12, 2009 – Lenore is defiant about the cold, eating snow and appearing uncharacteristically thoughtful after her bout with giardia and Lyme Disease. She is taking her pills, walking more easily, and took over most of the bed last night. More importantly, no dog of mine vomited or hard diarrhea, and that is good news. We are heading out into the cold to show that we can be stupid and creative simultaneously, a hallmark of my life.
