January 8, 2008 – The Hound of Love has left a hole in my heart, staying at the vet to get her digestive troubles checked out. I missed her, although I do confess I slept well last night. Lenore knows how to make herself comfortable. This is one of her favorite spots, in front of the wood stove. Hopefully, she will come home today, once she is checked out. Three days of sickness is too long, even for a Lab.
