December 1, 2008 – Rose got some work in this morning, when the light snow melted. I haven’t worked with her as much as I did in previous years, mostly due to cold and rain. She misses it, so we are moving the sheep around a bit each day. The one thing I do miss in the winter, apart from a back that isn’t sore from hauling firewood, is taking the sheep out with Rose. She needs to work.
