November 18, 2008 – The goats have gotten suddenly quiet, perhaps because they sensed I was about ready to ship them off to Canada. For three of four days, they have bleated nearly continuously, driving me nuts while I tried to work. I think perhaps Rose talked to them, and told them to quiet down. Anyway, they did. I am liking them, sort of.
