More than anything else, I think dogs like to hang out with dogs. Dogs are the world’s greatest bs-ers, and they love nothing more than to sit and stare at the world with other dogs, which they for hours, barking at nothing in particular, and rushing around with authority. Then, just lolling around doing nothing with gravitas.
