I like this photo, also shot with a 180 mm (and extender), ap f.3.5, shutter speed 1/50.
I especially like the fact that I was able to get the reflection of the blue vase off of the leaf to the left. Nice. There is a lot going on in this photo, strong colors playing well off of one another. The glass made it beautiful.
