Taken with a 100 mm macro lens on manual. Not a normal use of a macro lens
but I like the clarity.
May 17, 2008 – I’ll be honest with you, I don’t like sheep all that much, and don’t trust them all that much either. There is little they wouldn’t do for some grain or grass, and loyalty and consideration are not among their foremost traits, although some disagree. But to get this shot, which I have been trying to get for weeks, you simply have to kneel down in front of the gate they are rushing to, with Rose right up their butts.
So yes, they did knock me down and ran right over me, and I rolled over clutching the camera for dear life. Neither the photographer nor the camera was injured, though I did have to change my clothes. For the record, Rose ran right over me as well.
