May 7, 2008 – Okay, you’re not technically supposed to feed barn cats, who are encouraged to be lean and hungry rodent eaters and who generally fend for themselves. But Minnie and Mother come by the back door every morning and I split a small can of cat food between them, and they appreciate. The life of a barn cat is not an easy one, and Minnie loves to sit on the stone wall and flirt with me until I feed her.
