April 2, 2008 – New Spring photographic venture, launched by Rose, above,  and me. I’m going to obsess on portraits for awhile, animals and people, thinking I might have learned enough to take some good portraits. First off, I’m going to post a portrait of every animal on Bedlam Farm, the donkeys, dogs, steers, cows, goats and chickens. I hope to branch out this Spring into portraits, of anyone who will let me.
  This will develop my photography and also help me focus on the animals in a different way. A nature photographer who is generous enough to e-mail me feedback on my photos says the key to photographing all animals is go for the eyes. I will keep that in mind.
