April 2, 2008 –  Sunny, cold. The Jeering Gallery was in an affectionate mood today, and instead of the usual jeering, they looked at me sweetly. I gave them each one of the donkeys’ cookies. They are sort of cute. Sometimes. Off to Albany today to do WAMC’s “Dog Talk” with Joe Donahue, my co-host. Got to take a picture of him and Izzy for the book.
  Lot of running around this week. Good stuff, but I am tired.
