Jacob and Cheyanne, like the other writers in the Project, have all sorts of talent. Jacob’s story “Alchemy,” which has a Soul Fiend in it, captures high school through the prism of sci-fi fantasy. Cheyanne wrote some beautiful music lyrics – she is a musician, illustrator and writer – for her very powerful story about the struggle of a musician to develop her talent ina  small town. The story will end with a song she is writing, that she will perform at the book’s public reading in September. Shayna will bring her new bird. Regular class wrapped up Tuesday (see below).
