December 3, 2007 – First serious ice storm of the year, enough to make driving treacherous but not to really close things down. Opened up the big barn to the donkeys. Good writing day, I hope.
  Was thinking about friendship. Small things, shared and experienced, make a friendship, I think. Not necessarily big ones.
