November 3, 2007 – Cloudy, cool. November is usually a dank month up  here, gloomy, dark, foreboding. Had a photo show at the Artisans Gallery in Salem, N.Y. Art shows are different from book readings, I am learning, in that people mull the photos and are more serious than people at readings. It was fun to show the pictures. One artist suggested to me that my pictures were about intimacy, which I think is true and perceptive. Above Lenore eats a fly off the floor (see photo journal).
