October 17, 2007 – Got the good news from Meg Southerland of Gardenworks today that Art Harvest raised $2,000 for Friends of Hospice, the Washington County Hospice fund-raising arm through sales of photos, poems and concrete artworks. Thanks especially to Meg for hosting the weekend and to Arlene, Brigitte, Joanna and Corinne. To Anthony Armstrong (and Cail Johnstone and Armstrong Stone) and Maria Heinrich and Mary Kellogg, our talented artists. I appreciate the work of Raeanne Wright and the people at Trampoline Design, who did the postcards and posters. To Stephanie at All the Right Angles in Saratoga and all the hundreds of people who came, listened, looked and bought stuff. Thanks to Annie for existing and watching the farm, and to Don.  And to Lenore and Izzy for dog-hosting. Maria did an amazing job curating and planning the art show.  And thanks especially to Paula, who is always there when you need her to be there. Great.
