July 29, 2007 – Elvis and Luna are together every minute of every day. Often, they are nuzzling or rest one great big head against another, a convenient thing if your head is the size of Elvis’s. Their relationship has altered my view of bovines, seeing daily that they do have a life, do get attached. Waiting in the pasture, I was rewarded for patience in the sun. I was pointing my camera at Elvis, he was looking back. Posing, perhaps.
