July 22, 2007 – Heading off to Pittsburgh, but first, celebrating the creation of three new blogs: Anthony has launched his new blog on armstrongstone.com, which is linked to this site on Farm Friends. His concrete countertop and surface design (he also does sculpting and other creative stuff) is pretty amazing. He will be joining Mary Kellogg, the poet, Maria Heinrich the artist, and me in an Art Harvest show at Gardenworks in Salem, N.Y., on Columbus Day weekend. Izzy will be joining us too. I had to threaten his life (Anthony’s, that is: I told him if Lesley talked to a dead animal on her blog before he got a post up, his life would not be worth living) to get the blog going, but it’s going.
  Also this weekend Lesley Nase has launched her blog on this site, and she will share some of her amazing insights and journeys there. Lesley, one of my best friends, is a shaman, soul retriever and animal communicator. Pretty amazing human, I have to say, and somebody I would never have known if not for the farm.
  Also, I am proud to announce a new blog on this site, the Portrait Gallery where I have begun shooting portraits of the animals and people who are close to me and Bedlam Farm. So now, I  have three blogs going on this site: this Farm Journal, the Photo Journal and the Portrait Gallery. Please come visit them all. I will be showing some of my pictures at Gardenworks on Columbus Day weekend and selling some for the benefit of hospice. Hope you enjoy all of them.
