Renew thyself. Every morning, and again, forever.

Renew yourself by loving an animal, by loving a person. I have never understood the idea that loving animals is a reason to hate people or judge them. That is contrary to the spirit of these loving and accepting creatures. I have never understood that idea that we must offer animals perfect no-kill lives, but the very idea of helping people is considered heretic. To me, the love of animals and the love of people go hand in hand, one supports the other and makes it possible. Without both, I am incomplete.
