I woke up early this morning, in an inn in Vermont, my head swimming with things and then I saw the sun pop up right over this big old bathtub and I turned the water on and calmed my head down, meditated in the water, and thought about the writing I had to do. It’s been a long time since I took a bath, but I loved it, and I loved the sunlight playing on it.
