
Many of you have asked to see a photo of Simon the day he was rescued. I don’t like to dwell on this, it’s in the past and not relevant to him. But I do agree – there were so many requests – that it is important. I don’t like to see animals as rescue creatures or objects of abuse, it’s not the way I see them. Simon is happy, healthy and full of affection and wiles. That’s the way I wish to see him, and not dwell on the anger and other aspects of his story.
What I see is that it ought to be remembered.
