We have found a wonderful groomer for the dogs. I was negligent in getting the border collies trimmed and brushed, and their coats got ratty. We have found Eileen Quackenbush at Muddy Paws in Shushan and she not only loves dogs, she loves to groom them, check them out, talk to them and give detailed reports on their mood and demeanor. We are on a tight eight-week schedule now, and today it was Izzy and Rose’s turn. Eileen seems confident and very competent. The dogs look great and seem to love going – even Rose – who wagged her tail and scooted into her crate. Eileen says she seems impatient to get back to work.

Izzy, on the other hand, loves attention from any source. He came in, hopped up on the table and started flirting with Eileen and her daughter Asa.
