Was halfway through uploading a great video of Rose herding sheep this morning when my satellite went on, and I was in Pakistan and other places for more than an hour. Part of life, a spiritual challenge, an opportunity to practice calm, perspective. Maria and I are up in the cafe of the Northshire bookstore using their WI-FI on the way to a three day meditation retreat.

No accident my technology blacked out – relief coming Tuesday, hopefully. I have my cell and Ipad and I am welcome three days to go within myself and center down. Messages come to us all of the time, and sometimes we listen and sometimes we don’t, and sometimes we have to. I’m pleased with the book tour and the fact that “Meet The Dogs..” is a New York Times bestseller. Good things to think about. I’ll blog a bit but mostly, I’ll go dark and give the website and the people who read it – and my creative sparks – a rest.
