On a book tour, there are short bursts of time. Because I am only here briefly, I’m staying near the Barnes & Noble Bookstore where my talk is tonight. I am tired, but so far a great tour. Even held my own against the Royal Wedding, a book tour nightmare. Tomorrow, Maria flies in and we head to Portland. I’m sorry I can’t spend more time in Chicago as I consider it one of the great cities in America.
I stopped in to check jut this big beautiful bookstore, where I have read before. Will walk a bit and perhaps take a photo or two.
