Note: Affordable art show Saturday, 1 to 4 p.m., Redux Gallery, Dorset, Vt. Fiberart, pastels, oil paintings, notecards, photographs. Classy stuff, cheap for Christmas. Come by. I’ll be giving two talks, Maria is debuting her “Rita” quilts and her one-of-a-kind potholders, and Christine Nemec is rolling out her pastels and oil paintings of dogs, cats and landscapes. We are excited to show you the new stuff we are making, with pricing very much in mind. Everybody will be able to afford something, and Dorset is beautiful. There are restaurants, outlets, hiking trails in Dorset and  Manchester. We are a community of encouragement and we hope to show and sell our work, and to help reconnect art with people who need it and want to own some at prices they can afford. Come by. I’ll be talking at 2 and 3 p.m. All notecards, photographs, fiberart and paintings will be signed of course.
