Fall is close. It’s book tour time, at least in a few weeks. Reviews are coming in, and they are nice. I’m getting the sheep ready to go. Rose and I rounded the ones across the road up, brought them across to the big pasture, and that will be easier for Darryl Kuehne when he comes to pick them up in a few weeks. Got to check on the water pump for winter. Hay is in the barn. The donkeys are staying. I love the fall. I am happy that this is the first book tour where I’m driving and not flying. Flying is mostly an ordeal for me. I understand why the flight attendant bailed out of the plane. I understand why the passengers yell and shout. People aren’t at ease being treated like cattle.
