We will talk about training her and dogs in general, discuss popular training books and I will answer questions about dog training, if I can.

I am still mulling the AA idea of spiritual fitness. For me it means finding a calm and thoughtful center. Waiting before I act, considering what I think, living in the present time, not the past or the future. The donkeys are teaching me how to be centered.
