Today is a good day to come to an art show – hot and sticky. Cool down on fiber art, talks about art, notecards and photography, and the pleasures of Dorset, and Manchester, Vt. Maria and I are staging our first joint creative project (well, the first since getting married.) We are selling fiberart and notecards and some other stuff, nothing more than $15. There will be food. Maria and I will sign notecards and potholders and books, of course. I will be giving a couple of talks about the art show, and the ideas behind it – how to connect art and people during a difficult economic time. How much does art mean to people?
