It’s been a hot summer, but there are many joys of summer. Sweet corn is one of them, and I eat it almost every day when it comes into season, which it did this week. No butter or salt necessary. And we go to Gardenworks and eat snap peas, tomatoes and spinch. It ‘s a wonderful way to eat.
